For effective removal of dust in industrial applications
SWISCA’s high-pressure small filter, FILTO, is ideal for removing dust in industrial applications. It can be used as a top-mounted filter on silos or containers, as an aspiration filter for clean airflow in dust collection and conveying systems or as a total separator directly integrated into pneumatic lines. In all three applications, the dust laden air is drawn through the filter sleeves and thus effectively cleaned. The automatic clean-off is carried out using compressed air. Made of stainless steel, FILTO ensures durability and hygiene. Its large access door, quick-release locks, and bayonet-connected filter elements provide easy maintenance and high availability.
FILTO features a robust construction with 2 mm thick stainless steel and reinforced interfaces, ensuring reliable operation within a pressure range of ±0.6 bar. This makes it ideal for demanding applications, such as vacuum conveying in food production. Its compact design and incrementally rotatable air inlet, adjustable in 15° steps, offer unmatched flexibility for simple and adaptable installation. The solenoid valves and purge air tank, housed within the filter head, are shielded from dust, supporting reliable and safe operation. Built from stainless steel and coating-free materials, FILTO guarantees exceptional durability and hygiene. Modern compressed air components and the series cleaning function ensure energy-efficient operation.
